Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Delivery typically takes 1–2 days, depending on your location.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, cancellation is not possible. Upon receiving a cancellation request, it will be reviewed and, if approved, your refund will be processed within 6 hour.
Returns
You have 72 hours from the time of delivery to return an item. Returns are only accepted for valid reasons such as receiving a defective item, an incorrect product, or missing parts. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Refunds
If your return reason is valid (as mentioned above), we will fully refund your shipping costs. However, if the reason is not valid, you will be responsible for both the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost.
