Returns and Refund Policy
Return, Refund & Replacement Policy – Bookspoint.ae
At Bookspoint.ae, we offer returns, refunds, or replacements only if the books you received are damaged or incorrect. This policy is valid for 72 hours after delivery. If more than 72 hours have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot process any return, refund, or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
Damages Covered Under This Policy:
We offer refunds/replacements for the following issues only:
- Severe spine damage causing pages to detach.
- In-transit damages (excluding minor corner bends, small dents, or light cover scratches).
- More than 2 misprinted pages.
- More than 2 torn pages.
- More than 2 missing pages.
- Smudges or marks making more than 2 pages unreadable.
Additionally, if wrong books are delivered or books are missing from your order, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Tip: If possible, please share an unboxing video to help us investigate the issue efficiently.
Refund Process for Returned Prepaid Orders:
We do not have an automatic refund system. If your prepaid order is returned to us, please contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp for refund processing.
Return Pickup & Shipping Costs:
Our courier partner will pick up the book from your doorstep if eligible for return/replacement.
We cover all shipping costs for returns or replacements—no need for you to worry about any extra charges.
Refund for Undelivered Shipments:
If your order is undelivered or returned due to courier-related issues, you will receive a full refund.
Note: The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- They are already shipped, in transit, or out for delivery.
If cancelled within the eligible time frame, you will receive a full refund.
Orders can also be edited only before shipment. Once shipped, changes to address or contact information cannot be made.
Refund Status – Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank statement for the transaction.
