Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, cancellation is not possible. Upon receiving a cancellation request, it will be reviewed and, if approved, your refund will be processed within 6 hour.
Returns
You have 72 hours from the time of delivery to return an item. Returns are only accepted for valid reasons such as receiving a defective item, an incorrect product, or missing parts. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
